Radio Occultations Using Earth Satellites: A Wave Theory Treatment explores the propagation of an electromagnetic wave through a complex medium, with emphasis on radio occultation theory. The book introduces the general theory of radio occultations and the development of ray theory and scalar diffraction treatments of radio propagation processes.
