Matthew P. Richardson is the Charles E. Simon Professor of Applied Financial Economics at New York University Stern School of Business. Ingo Walter is the Seymour Milstein Professor of Finance, Corporate Governance and Ethics and Vice Dean of Faculty at New York University Stern School of Business.
