Covering theory, policy and practice in all sectors of careers education and guidance provision, this volume includes an up-to-date review of career theories. Tony Watts is Director of the National Institute for Careers Education and Counselling (NICEC), Ruth Hawthorn, John Killeen and Bill Law are Senior Fellows at NICEC; John Kileen is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. Jenny Kidd was formerly a Research Fellow at NICEC, and is currently Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.
