I've owned this product for just over 2 months and have used it sparingly in that time. As of the writing of this review, the right ear has just stopped working. Whether this is because of the ear piece itself tuckering out or because of the low quality flat ribbon cable used to connect the headset with the device you're using is unknown to me, all I know is that I've never had a headset break this fast.
Comfortable to wear, easy to use and set up but after an hour or so of use they start getting crackly and have to be unplugged and plugged back in again which is really annoying when doing activities that involve alot of communication. This fault has happened with both sets that I purchased from mightyape
Note this line in the product description. “*Dolby Atmos requires an Xbox One or Windows 10 compatible device, and a Microsoft account and login. Activation for one device only.” This means the headphones rely on special software that has to be “activated” over the internet and can be installed on only ONE device. You may not be able to use the full features you're paying for on multiple computers or devices. Consider whether this impacts you before buying.
