Author Biography:

David Bowman, MA, MBA, is the executive director of the Three Rivers Education Foundation and the designer and director of the Foundation's reading intervention program. He has more than 25 years of experience in education delivery, design, and leadership. David Bowman is a recognized expert in applying research to reading instruction. His videos, guides, and teaching resources have been used by thousands of teachers to help struggling children learn to read well. He is a former teacher, district administrator, and program officer for the NM Public Education Department office of Curriculum and Instruction. Bowman consults with districts on program design and curriculum development.
