Thoroughly enjoyed this volume of the series, nice self referencing, controls are fantastic, excellent graphics for the genre.
Here's to many more Sam & Max to come.

Here's to many more Sam & Max to come.
Say what you like about adventure gaming's undeservedly rosy nostalgia value for every Grim fandango and Secret of Monkey island there were about 12 Kings Quest 10s. Sam & Max will definitely warm your hearts with dark humour and the back of your throat as you can't find that one piece of the puzzle that eludes you until you stumble across it and warm the back of your own head with your open palm as you can't believe you didn't think of it sooner. Season One made a mockery of politics, the media and Scientology. Not to be content with that Season Two decided to top this by mocking time and space as well as you start out helping the spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Future save one Christmas, and yourselves twice. The game is split into Episodes and have been available on Steam for, well, longer than I can remember. The release date for the non-download wasting disc version has been pushed back more than the awkward drooling guy at the local nightclub, for no reason I can discern, and I don't buy Atari's lies. Unless there was a massive global blank CD shortage there really isn't any excuse for this kind of serial delaying tactic, the game episodes were all complete and available for download, why not release the disc version on time? If you wanted to delay it, why not just set an arbitrarily long release window on it and be done with it. Despite Atari's messing around I feel the game is worth the wait and if you like Sam And Max then you probably already own this. If you have never played an adventure game before and you enjoy violence laden humour, get Season One. Then Play it. Then get this one.
Sam and Max is a cult clasic! originally a comic, there are past games before this one obviously, and i was totally recommend playing them first and the jokes and some of the ‘quests’ are based on things from season 1. “hit the road” Is another of Sam and Max's adventures but it is an older 2D game although still really enjoyable. I played Sam and Max when i was about 9 first, and im now 21. I wouldn't really recommend it as a childrens game but they would get the jokes that are inappropriate so its ok.
