Author Biography

Karen Little is a technical writer, trainer, and seminar leader who has written and illustrated hardware, software, and electronics documentation used by industries for training, maintenance, and system repairs.She is the co-author with Joel Konicek of Security, ID Systems, and Locks: the book on electronic access control, published by BH Security Books, and the developer of the Electronic Access Control: entry-level installer course for The National Training School (NTS) under the auspices of the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association, Electronic Life Safety, Security & Systems Professionals (NBFAA), published in 1997 by the Security Industry Association (SIA). She has also developed software for use in online, supply-chain commerce as well as software to assure standards for training certification compliance.
