This is a book written by a highly acclaimed New Zealander who has been treating back and neck pain for many years. The exercises are few and very simple to follow and do, and allows one to take control of the treatment for the specific causes of back and neck pain discussed in this book. It is also possible to purchase the lumbar and neck rolls in NZ and proceeds go towards further research.
