Mighty Ape has been fantastic in dealing with it. I bought these for my son but the first pair started screaming in his ear on the right side we sent it back for a replacement and we got it, but a few months later now and they are buzzing in the right ear and rattling when the volume gets turned up. Both Mighty Ape and Skullcandy are great, I just wouldn’t recommend this model of headphone. His Hesh headphones lasted 5 years plus and still were working when he decided to upgrade for better sound quality
They come with me everywhere, and I'm never worried a out damaging them as the build quality is very good. The sound is AMAZING and I can literally not stand to listen through regular headphones anymore, especially at noisy places like school or the gym.
