Description

Dawnie is a little girl that loves to play happily by herself with her many toys in her playhouse with her three playmates that visit her every day. They are imaginary to everyone except her. Every once in a while, she goes to sleep and wakes up next to Dog, and they go on an adventure with Ning and Boss. A child's imagination is a wonderful thing, and it must be encouraged. Children become the Captain of their Pirate ship, the hero of their adventure, handsome, beautiful, brilliant, and strong. They conquer the world and do anything and everything! The lucky ones never lose that childhood wonder on the bumpy road to adulthood. This is the story of a young girl that never lost that childhood wonder. This day, little Dawnie yearns to see her friends and go on another adventure, but where to go? When her Daddy reads her a bedtime story about Lakeland Amusement Park, she can't wait to tell her friends where she wants to go! The minute she closes her eyes, she opens them in Dog's digs by the river and announces where she wants to go. The only problem is, the Amusement Park in the book Daddy read to her is not real. Boss to the rescue! Come along with us, close your eyes and "think" adventure. Let's go to the Amusement Park and ride the rides, play games, eat Cotton Candy, and meet the animals, after the show in the Big Top!
