Author Biography:

Isabel Salavisa is Associate Professor of Economics at the Instituto Universitario de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL) and researcher at DINAMIA'CET-IUL in Portugal. Margarida Fontes is Researcher at the National Laboratory for Energy and Geology in Portugal.
