The truth is, speed is more required now than ever-you need to be faster in your destiny-realizing efforts than those who lived in the past millennia. The era of "slow but steady" is long gone. No man can run with the pace of a snail and cope in this speed-conscious age. The emphasis worldwide is on excellence and speed.People want the best answer the next second. People want excellent result at the speed of light. The world is increasingly impatient with mediocrity and delay and you need to have excellence and speed as your success-benchmarks. Globally, products that are efficient sell better. For this reason, manufacturers are doing all manner of product upgrading to remain competitive in the market. It is the in-thing for companies to label their products with catchwords and phrases that convey the sense of speed to the buyers. The truth is, you are on your own if you pursue the realization of your destiny with the speed of a snail. God is a Person of speed, "...the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud" (Isaiah 19:1). The psalmist put it beautifully, "...runneth very swiftly..." (Ps. 147:15 The Word of God). The Spirit and the angels of God fly in their missions (Daniel 9:21). If you must go with God, you must make up your mind to be a person of speed.
