The TIE phantom is a really nice ship. It's a bit of a glass cannon, but it's low agility and hull strength are offset by the cloak action ( it's still the only ship to get this action as far as I know ), high maneuverability and attack value. If you play Imperial, you really need to have at least one of these in your collection !
I don't play the Star Wars X Wing or Armada games but I do collect ships as a hobby and the quality of these is excellent! A little fragile and maybe a touch expensive but great on display with other ships and even come with Pilot cards that, if you aren't interested in the game stats, can be cut down as a nice little display base. I highly recommend them.
Loads of upgrade options here, and whether you use; Whisper with the Advanced Cloaking device and Veteran Instincts to shoot first and fade away, Echo with Engine Upgrade and Push the Limit for about the most maneuverable ship in the game, Or a more generic pilot, This is an awesome ship to give the Rebels and Scum some problems
Please note this is a Star Wars X-Wing First Edition expansion. The ship can be used in Second Edition but the included cards are now out of date. Conversion packs can be purchased separately.
