Battery cover was cracked from top to bottom. Large number of bulbs very, very dim and only visible as “On” in dark environment. Bulbs dimmed, but stayed on when switch turned to “Off” position. Terrible example of releasing inferior product to the retail market. Superbly dealt with by Mighty Ape when made aware of issues and could not possibly ask for better Customer Service.

I was expecting it to be solar powered as the Product named suggests: Solar String Lights – Festoon Ball 100 LED Lights. It’s misleading to the customers. I bought it thinking it’s solar but now that I carefully read the description it mentioned battery operated. But still, it creates confusion.
