It is necessary to apply this investigation to give primary information on the problems facing cultured shrimp in Egypt and their control through the following points: Studying the effects of environmental and biological factors on shrimp culture.Isolation and identification of the causative agent of the diseases ( bacterial and mycotic.Determination of the prevalence of the most common infectious agents affecting shrimp in different seasons.Applying challenge test for the isolated microorganisms.
