Author Biography

Elena Rockwell was born and raised in the United Kingdom where she studied French, psychology and psychotherapy in conjunction with the performing arts. She now lives in the US with her husband, where she then went on to pursue her cooking career as a private Chef. Since having had children Elena began to write for them and decided she wanted to pursue it further, thus combining all elements of her experiences and skills acquired through her life thus far.
