This Lionni title, which ranks #8 in sales among the 40 or so Lionni titles, has tremendous currency today as a strong literacy title and as one of the few anti-war children's books available. Though we have it in paperback, we feel it can be sold successfully in hardcover again like other top Lionni titles. It has recently been picked up by several anti-war web sites.
