Author Biography:

Níall Ó Murchú is a certified Level 3 (the highest level of expertise awarded to instructors) Wim Hof Method instructor and Wellness expert with over 20 years’ experience. A former international athlete, today Níall hosts events, teaches weekly classes and in-depth workshops on everything from shamanic breathing, breathwork training and the Wim Hof Method. He is based in Dublin, Ireland.
