Jefferson Bass is the writing team of Dr Bill Bass, founder of the University of Tennessee's Body Farm - the world's first laboratory dedicated to the study of human decomposition - and Jon Jefferson. Together, they are the authors of the novels Carved in Bone, Flesh and Bone, The Devil's Bones, Bones of Betrayal, The Bone Thief and the non-fiction books Death's Acre and Beyond the Body Farm.
