Soon after discovering that the Bible's Old Testament left out a revealing passage about the Israelites' exodus from Egypt, computer wizard Steve Fisher comes across the name of his deceased grandfather, Clarence Fisher, in a popular mystery novel. Eager to learn more about his grandfather, an archaeologist who died mysteriously, Steve sets out on a sixteen-day trip through Egypt, accompanied by his brother, Glenn, and a striking and brilliant archaeologist named Tina Gilbert. The trio uses a map that Clarence drew by hand during his college years to search for an undiscovered tomb, but they stumble upon unthinkable revelations about the past-as well as unforeseen dangers.
