DEVORAH KENNEDY is a PhD Candidate in Early Childhood Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. THEODORA LIGHTFOOT is Assistant Professor of Bilingual Education at the University of Illinois Chicago, USA. DAR WEYENBERG is a PhD Candidate in Curriculum Theory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.
