Author Biography:

Mitchell J. Tropin, M.A. teaches courses in business communication at Towson University. Prior to teaching, he served for almost 40 years as a senior journalist for a Washington, D.C. business and regulatory news organization that is currently part of Bloomberg News. This exposure allowed him to learn how speakers employ various tools to overcome fear of speaking, explain complex issues, and make impactful remarks.
