Description

Lonely little Griselda comes to live with her two elderly aunts in an old house deep in the countryside. Drifting off to sleep on her very first night she hears the faint sound of a cuckoo - it seems as if it is right in her room! But can the wooden cuckoo from the cuckoo clock downstairs really be alive? This is an enduring children's classic about the strange and wonderful adventures of a very real little Victorian girl and a very magical cuckoo.
