He is also an author, trainer and international speaker. He is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Institute of Management and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an accredited advisor to Family Business Australia.He has worked for the Federal Government as a vocational psychologist, been a full-time lecturer at two interstate Universities, been a sessional lecturer in Leadership in the MBA program at both UniSA and Torrens University as well as run a hospital unit and conducted his own coaching and psychology practice for over 30 years.
