Author Biography:

Norliza Katuk is an Associate Professor at the School of Computing, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She has served as an editor-in-chief for the Journal of Information and Communication Technology since 2022 and an editorial board member since 2002. Roberto Vergallo is a Researcher at the University of Salento, Lecce, Italy. His main research topics include the application of IoT, AI, and DLT to enhance and develop new customer experiences in digital payments and digital banking. Tito Sugiharto is the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science at the Universitas Kuningan, West Java, Indonesia. He researches mainly in the area of interactive multimedia such as augmented reality and its applications.
