This is a excellent book for those gluten-free. The gluten free flour mixes are money-saving, and allow you to make your own gluten-free flour instead of buying expensive mixes from the supermarket. This book is worth buying for the ‘Dream Pastry Mix’ recipe alone, but my other favourites include the Frosted Fudge Slice and Creamed Soup Mix. Some recipes are more of an American style, but still plenty here to be useful.
