Description

You are measured by what you do for others, not by what you have accomplished for yourself. We are at a time in history when the world has never been more connected. People are interdependent on each other like never before. The internet, social media, global news reporting, AI and ChatGPT all serve to connect everyone with anything and anyone they want. From a culture of influencers to digitization, supply chain dependency and inflation, to energy demands and global warming, inadequate housing markets, and a plethora of political and economic challenges, there are endless indications of how small the world has become. These challenges reinforce the importance and value of all people and each individual. How we educate and develop our most valuable assets--our people--is essential to addressing these challenges. The principles and philosophy of this book is meant to realize that potential. The Gouge! illustrates a way of thinking and living that emphasizes everyone's contract with humanity by proactively investing in the well-being and development of all.
