Author Biography:

Matthew Bauer is a licensed acupuncturist who has been in private practice for more than sixteen years. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Yuin University in 1998. Dr. Bauer writes a regular column for Acupuncture Today and gives presentations at health fairs, support groups, and service clubs on the west coast. He lives in San Dimas, California.
