The HEART of the MATTER is not a "one and done" kind of read, but was designed to be a textbook, FOR LIFE!! Your heart is a big deal. The Word says in Proverbs 4:23 that, "It determines the course of your life." Your heart has everything to do with everything. Most people would agree, "Yeah I got pain." But most of us don't know what to do with it. We try to give it to Jesus, only to find that we are still starring at this ugly monster called Pain.
In this book, you will learn about the parts of your heart that God gave you. You have a Function part, that is your doer, an Emotion part, that is most closely connected to the unresolved pain in your heart, and you have a Guardian or your protector. The parts of your heart were designed to be connected to each other, but also to be connected with Jesus. But because life happens, and we experience pain, our heart gets separated. The enemy's goal is to overwhelm you with pain so that your Guardian steps in and shuts your heart down. When your heart shuts down you cannot get closer to Jesus. We enter "survival mode" and we live there. Jesus came to set the captives FREE. When the parts of our heart are connected with one another, as well as connected to Jesus, it allows us to live from a place that God designed for us to live from all along. It's called our Original Self.
Learning about the parts of your heart is not a technique that someone attached the name of Jesus to and then called it healing. This is how God created you and is a lifestyle. Have you ever learned another language? Did you pick it up after a few tries or by going over new information one time? Probably not. Author Biography:
Nicole Radina lives in Lubbock, Texas, with her husband, Kevin, of 20 years. She is currently a pastor on staff at The Worship Center (TWC), where she and her husband oversee The HEART of the MATTER Ministry as well as facilitate HeartSync. Before entering the journey of the heart, Nicole and Kevin were involved in youth ministry for over 20 years. Nicole was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, where she lived for over 30 years. She graduated in 2001 from West Texas A & M with her bachelor's degree in Psychology, and then went on to work in the Foster Care System for 14 years. In 2017 Nicole was introduced to a ministry called HeartSync and little did she know, her whole life was about the change. You see, Nicole had been living with a lot of unhealed pain in her heart. Some things she thought she had dealt with and some other things she didn't even realize were there. However, all these things were adding up to be a huge block in her heart that didn't allow her to connect deeply with the world around her. Being a Christian, she knew that Jesus Christ was her Lord, she knew the authority she had in Christ, and she knew the blood of Jesus was powerful for her healing, but time and time again, she felt stuck and unable to get the freedom that she longed for. Until....HeartSync.
HeartSync is a ministry that teaches about the parts of the heart and how God designed for His children to live. Learning how to access these parts and making sure that they are connected to Jesus has allowed Nicole to "live" life and not just "survive." She has been on this new journey for the last 3 years. During this time, she has completed multiple HeartSync trainings by the founder of HeartSync, Father Andrew Miller, she has completed the mentorship program, as well as has facilitated a little over 350 hours of HeartSync to others. Nicole is also using the curriculum that she wrote to provide "The HEART of the MATTER Experience" for anyone that is interested in learning the language of the heart. This experience is a 6-week course that walks you through the book. This content has been shared in places like India, Thailand, and Israel, as well as in the United States.
When Nicole has downtime, she loves to be crafty. She likes to make jewelry, draw and/or color and she loves to put puzzles together. She loves to laugh, mostly at herself. Apparently being an only child allows one to be easily entertained. She also enjoys traveling the country, beside her husband, with their missions team at TWC. She has been to Thailand as well as Israel. Watch out Australia, you are on her bucket list. With a masters degree from Hardin-Simmons University in marriage and family therapy, Amy's passion has always been to see healing flow into the brokenness of people's lives, prompting her to begin and currently direct Gold Monarch Healing Center. She is a Certified HeartSync facilitator, trained under Father Andrew Miller of HeartSync Ministries, which helps to equip and release freedom ministers all over the world, as well as offer individual ministry to hearts dealing with trauma and pain.
