Author Biography:

Roger Mais was a celebrated literary journalist and active proponent of Jamaican nationalism, whose published criticisms of Winston Churchill's imperialist ideology led to his imprisonment on charges of sedition. He was the author of "Black Lightning" and "Brother Man."
