Author Biography:

I have always had a lifelong love affair with teaching and learning. During my 46 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, starting as a Candy Striper when I was 16 years old in Modesto, CA. In subsequent years I practiced Nursing UCD Medical Center, Long Term Care and taught nursing for the American Red Cross, as well as became a Paralegal. All that came to an end when I was injured on the job. In my retirement, I have taken up a new vocation writing and illustrating educational coloring books. I hope you will share my enjoyment of learning and animals through these materials which are beneficial to children and adults alike.
