Author Biography:

Jiangsheng Chen Ph.D (born in Quzhou city, Zhejiang Province in December 1967) , professor in economics, the vice president of the Marxist Institute of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. His main research direction is the Sinicization of Marxiam, World Economy and China’s economic development. Through about 50 publications, he’s published more than 200 articles, as well as a number of monographs such as the International Financial Crisis, etc.
