Author Biography
Sharon Holt was born in Auckland and grew up there. She left school at 16 and trained and worked as a teacher before applying for journalism school. In recent years she has written a number of educational books for Learning Media in NZ and Thomson Learning in Australia. She became a joke writer in response to her nine-year-old son's attempts at humour.
