Emigration of African professionals to the West is not only one of the greatest obstacles to Africa's development. The African Diaspora constitutes a human and investment capital pool that can strongly contribute to the continent's development ant the World enrichment. Globalization will only make sense for Africa when the African diaspora around the world, those from post-colonial period as well as those of Michelle Obama generation, could freely return and legitimately collaborate with local partners to build teams and centers of excellence in research, to set up a society of knowledge.
