Author Biography:

Dr. Aaron Rosen is Professor of Religion & Visual Culture and Director of the Henry Luce III Centre for the Arts and Religion at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. He is the author of Imagining Jewish Art; Art and Religion in the 21st Century; and the children’s book A Journey through Art: A Global History. Mary Richards spent many years working in London art galleries and is the author of a number of books about art and artists including Take Me To Museums; Splat: The Most Exciting Artists of All Time; and the forthcoming A History of Words for Children. With her composer partner David Schweitzer, she is the co-author of A History of Music For Children and ArtSongs. She lives in London with her four children, two cats, four chickens and a large collection of LEGO bricks. Susie Hodge MA FRSA is an award-winning UK-based author who has written more than 100 books on art, art history, history and artistic techniques. Susie's other activities include lectures, talks and practical workshops, plus television and radio talks and documentaries about art. Susie Brooks is an award-winning children’s author, tackling an eclectic range of topics from dinosaurs to DNA. She has written numerous titles on art movements and art making, inspired by a first-class degree in art history and her own escapades with a paintbox. Xuetong Wang is an illustrator from Shanxi Province City Taiyuan in China, earning an MFA degree at Maryland Institute College of Art in 2020. She treats illustration as a communication method, visually and conceptually, taking beauty, accuracy and interest as a stable policy. Her works have been exhibited in New York, London, Paris and Milan, while her includes Google Android, The Times, ZEISS, Airbnb, Adobe, Shiseido, and many more.
