I tried the rice and buckwheat waffles last night, substituted real egg for egg replacer and cow's milk (Trim) for the lactose-free options, and made perfect, tasty, waffles.
The recipes are adaptable, and with the abundance of wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, egg, and nut-free recipes to play with, it is the ideal book for people with multiple food intolerances.
