Tomasz Stryjek is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Research on Eastern Europe's History and Memory at the Institute of Political Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences, Poland. Joanna Konieczna-Sałamatin is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Warsaw, Poland.
