Stan Dryer (Ted Jan Roberts - Hollywood Safari, Magic Kid) is a normal teenager until one day a mysterious old man, 'Master Yung? (Gerald Okamura - American Streetfighter, Ninja Academy) appears and places a mystical ring of power on Stan's hand. Stan finds himself with powers he's only dreamed of having - courage and extreme martial arts skills. The only catch is he's being stalked at every turn by evil Raymond Vonn (William Zabka - The Karate Kid, Back To School), possessor of the matching magic ring. When Vonn kidnaps Stan's girlfriend, Stan must fight a horde of Ninjas, and in a life and death struggle Stan loses the ring and must learn if the power exists in the ring or if?
