We got stuck in a rut with our paleo diet until we bought this book, we're loving trying out a couple new recipes a week, so far everything we have tried has been really tasty.

This is a must have book for anyone who is paleo/primal.

This is a fantastic book if you are committed to becoming grain-free, low carb and cutting sugar out. Lots of easy recipes for you to become familiar with including desserts. You won't miss grains or feel you are ‘going without’.
