Shantal Long has always known the true definition of hard work--which she refers to as "fun work." Just out of high school, with little experience, Long worked her way up from an entry level position at a doctor's office to becoming a Doctor's Assistant. This was a stepping stone, and the key that showed her to success. At the age of sixteen, Shantal Long ("Little Shannie") embraced her gift of a wealthy mindset mentality which helped her to unleash her talents of financial suaveness. As she mastered the key principals of saving and budgeting sacrifice became natural enabling her successfully and responsibly fund her lifestyle. Over the years Shantal has developed and transformed into an entrepreneuric powerhouse. After leaving her well-paying job, Long set out on a path to achieve her life's goals (Personal & Professional). It was through her resilience that her hard work eventually paid off; and in 2007 she started her home daycare business. Then moving on to opening her first child care facility in May of 2008; in which she invested a savings of well over 30K without loans or investors. By 2009, Shantal partnered with an established investor to open a second facility which others thought was impossible for her to accomplish. Today, little "Shannie" has superseded expectation, and shares her goal setting solutions for success and wealth building, as the author of The Process: Change Your Life for The Rest of Your Life. The Executive Director & Founder of Elite Children Learning Center also spends her time & talents inspiring other young women around the world through her Non-Profit Organization LFC (Ladies First Class) an organization geared towards empowering young ladies.
