Description

In a diverse investing climate, investment managers are always hunting for the winning strategy. Financial analyst Jim Ware draws on both Jungian psychology and substantial business experience to offer an alternative to flavor-of-the-day strategizing. In this eye-opening book, he shows how knowing one's "investment personality type" can provide a fuller understanding of how an investor should approach and react to the intricacies of the market. Using the Myers-Briggs Typology, a psychological test based on Jungian theory, he explains these basic investment "personality types" and helps money managers identify the investing style that is right for them. Professionals will not only learn what their own style should be but will understand the value of creative team collaboration among personality types to earn the highest returns for their firm.
