At the present time, Mr. Beasley is an active Exchange Consultant, Real Estate Broker, and a published Author. Mr. Beasley is a designated instructor for the California Real Estate Division and a past instructor for Big Ten Seminars in Nevada. At the current time Ken Beasley is in New York City, consulting with an established real estate rental company. Mr. Beasley was born in Chemainus, British Columbia, Canada and currently resides in Alamo, California and Manhattan, New York with ""BJ"" his wife of 38 years and his two dogs Tee-Bone and B00.
