Jon Barth believes it is possible for everyone to experience success because success is the process of striving to achieve excellence, which is living up to our full potential. This journey involves giving it our best shot each day in order to improve in body, mind, and soul. Jon founded Rise Above Leadership with the mission to inspire leaders to rise above and enjoy the journey as they live their legacy! Through his experience, he has found our perspectives can catapult us toward excellence or hold us back from reaching our potential. He loves learning from others but has found we often gain the most wisdom by reflecting on our own experiences and extracting the valuable lessons from our everyday lives. Jon has coaching experience at the junior high, high school, and college levels and has worked as a teacher and administrator in public education. He has earned a Master's degree in Education Administration from William Woods University as well as a Master's degree in Coaching from Greenville College. However, his most important mission is to follow God and lead his family: his wife Sarah, and their children Nathan, Jacob, and Hannah who bring a tremendous amount of joy to his life.
