Description

RMIM was started 25 years ago as an Indian Film music group in the Usenet newsgroup style. This was the choice place on the internet where people came to ask questions about Indian (mainly Hindi films). We complied a lyrics book in both English and Hindi, prepared lists of music directors, singers etc. and discussed film music. We posted articles about our favorite and also obscure film personalities. The first print of this book was distributed to the participants of RMIM Silver Jubilee meet at Bangalore April 8-9, 2017.

Author Biography:

Professor Surjit Singh, a diehard movie fanatic, period. He is a retired Theoretical Physicist. He has been watching Hindi movies since 1952, has been collecting Hindi songs, movies and magazines since 1969, and has been writing about these things since 1996.
