Jimmy Donaghey is Professor of Industrial Relations at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK. Alexander J. S. Colvin is the Martin F. Scheinman Professor of Conflict Resolution and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Diversity, and Faculty Development at the ILR School, Cornell University, USA.
