Michael Moore is an internationally experienced Executive Chef and Food and Wine consultant, beginning his career at a classical cuisine school and then moving on to modern global cuisine. He ran his own fine dining restaurant in London, UK, for over 10 years, as well as Restaurant 13 in Norway. Michael Moore is a recognized name. He has achieved success in every restaurant to date - a statistic highlighted by the multiple awards he has achieved throughout his International career. With a worldwide reputation, he is well respected by his peers for his achievements and vision.This is his first book.
