Description

The Seeker's Field Guide is like a deep warm conversation with an experienced friend. Through personal stories and practical advice, the "spiritual but not religious" can begin their mystic journey of discovery without being pressured to choose one ideology over another. Inspired by the formats of travel and field guides, this book takes a modern-yet-timeless approach to spiritual exploration and practice. Included in this book are: topics for discussion or journaling in each section, a glossary, and recommended resources for further study. This book is perfect for the beginner seeker or anyone who is looking to reinvigorate their spiritual studies.
