Description

A children's fantasy story which can also inspire adults. The Smell Of The Days charts the everyday life of Susi the bear, Feather the firebird, Dragoff the dragon and a worm called Knickerbocker Glory in their magical home of Pandina. Things get complicated when they try to help a stranded dolphin. Through a series of simple and charming adventures which allude to many mysteries of life and death, Susi and her friends have a lot of learning and growing to do before reaching a conclusion that surprises them all. This is a story which mixes the simplicity of Winnie The Pooh, the magic of Alice In Wonderland and the wisdom of The Little Prince with more contemporary inspirational works such as The Alchemist and Jonathon Livingstone Seagull. It is a story for the child in us all.

Author Biography:

Lawrence Russell was born in Britain and has lived and worked in many parts of Europe as a teacher of English. He has taught adults and children of all ages and has also worked as a language trainer for refugees. Travel is in his blood, so is writing.
