Description

"Gypsy Rose Blanchard and her mother, Dee Dee, had a complicated and disturbing relationship. Dee Dee claimed that her daughter was severely ill and disabled, and Gypsy Rose played the role of a sick child for years. But behind the scenes, a darker story was unfolding. As the truth about their relationship came to light, Gypsy Rose's life would be forever changed. This is the story of a daughter's fight for freedom, and the tragic consequences of her mother's deception."
