Already living a purposeful life, writer and IT Manager Rich Guy Miller was confronted with his mortality when his father died. Typically, this event created a whole new set of questions about the meaning of life. But untypically, he experienced a lucid dream that showed him a method of discovery. Following that surge of insight, Miller began blogging about mortality, meaning in the midst of uncertainty, love, and commitment. The inspired flow of ideas resulted in the book The Twelve Commitments to Life. This easy-to-read collection of essays examines the twelve essences of life and how commitment to each (and all) opens the doors to life's meaning.
